Low boron silicon tube blasting machine

The glass tube blasting machine is a specialized machine for cutting low borosilicate glass tubes into sections. The glass tube is automatically fed, controlled by a frequency converter and operated in one operation, automatically flowing into the receiving platform. 15 cuts can be made simultaneously on a glass tube, with good perpendicularity, smoothness, and no burrs or cracks, ensuring the production of high-precision glass droppers, straws, and other products. This machine saves electricity and is easy to operate. Relevant models can be customized according to customer requirements.

Glass tube requirements: Standard low borosilicate glass tubing with a glass tube diameter of 5mm to 25mm and a glass wall thickness of over 0.6mm.

Production capacity: Approximately 25 glass tubes can be cut per minute.

Production energy consumption: liquefied gas 4KG/8h (pressure: 0.2kgf/cm2); 1 cylinder of oxygen for 8 hours (pressure: 0.2kgf/cm2);
